All in the planning stages &amp; using existing staff &amp; budgeted professional development funds.<BR/><BR/>The Agenda 3000 reading program (not budgeted)seems to be a step in that direction, as our largest classification catagory is Specific Learning Disabled, a reading disability, in most cases.<BR/><BR/>Making sure our 8th graders are not reading at a 3rd grade level. I constantly have an overstock of recyclables, and I only have one or two bags of trash to put out on trash day (sometimes none). I think we should recycle biweekly and pick up trash once a week.
