Dead At Last

Compassion towards the wicked is cruelty to all beings.” – Maimonides, Guide to the Perplexed

Osama bin Laden died at the hands of U.S. Navy Seals.

Thanks to God. Thanks to our courageous and capable military. Thanks to our CIA. And thanks to our civilian leadership who had the backbone to make the hard calls.

A nation thanks you all. >>> Read more!

All kidding aside the death of this one man is no less a moment in history and no less similar to the jubilance at the death of Adolph Hitler, Idi Amin Dada, Pol Pott, Mussolini. Sadam Hussein, Ferdinand Marcos and many other dictators and oppressors of people rights throughout history.

The sad thing is that if we look at all of these horrible men the political leadership of the United States of America was pivotal in allowing, perpetrating or worst of all knowing of these mens crimes and doing little if anything at all until it was far too late. No different than China, Darfur and other places we pick and choose to involve our countries monies, resources and military.

In my opinion Bill Clinton is the one who failed us years ago by not pursuing Bin Laden after the 1993 bombing at the World Trade Center garage not once but twice. It is not that Clinton failed us as a Democrat, Bill Clinton failed us as a leader of a nation and more. Similarly many other Presidents have likewise failed us by either allowing or disregarding the very real and known events perpetrated by such men throughout history.

It is time that America and its leadership take a long look at the role of America on a world wide level. With the drastic, changing and negative economies of our own out of many countries the financial aid often too generously given by our government to such leaders as well as the installation and supplying of such leaders among others with various resources including military weaponry, guidance and intelligence needs to be analyzed closely. Far too often our government has installed, permitted, condoned or sat idly by while far too many suffered.

While the death of this Bin Laden is being celebrated all over the world we of course should all stay vigilant and fly our nations flag to honor our freedom and show the respect our military personnel deserve. This to tell the world that America is changing our priorities on a wide and varied level. America first and foremost may not play well on a national level during an election year but it is long overdue.

Any one know if Mark Coren is getting out soon?

Please confirm Coren ??? said...

Yes former town manager Mark Coren is getting out of prison soon according to the Fl. Dept. of Prison postings. So hide your young male children, Ken dolls and any young teen male children clothing magazine or other such catalogs. Soon the convicted sexual predator and man who has to register everywhere he goes as a Convicted Sexual Felon will be back in town. Suggestions that he may live with and return to work for his boss Normie has ben suggested and as yet unconfirmed. Knowing Normie as many of us do Mark Coren would be welcomed back into the Normie crime syndicate of political corruption without hesitation. Mark Coren authorized and was complicit in many illegal activities and deals going back to the townhouse purchases of Coren, Normie and the disgraced legal eagle Steve Robinson who all questionably purchased properties while all were directly involved with the approvals of those same exact real estate developmental approvals they controlled. Right Nick?
Now that I think of it I think Coren may still own one unit in town? Can anyone confirm if the convicted sexual predator still has a residence in Aberdeen?

joe no credit to the President of the United States? The lack of respect just beyond words.
Fox news reported in error the President was killed, this country has a long way to go.

Mark Coren owns a condo at 268 Gloucester Court.

His tax records still list him as living in Cheltenham, PA.

I reread Nsecs post and will try and help anonymous understand the words. Nsec pointed out that Presidents and various other leaders all across the world knew full well of vast amounts of human degradation, pain, suffering and mass murder. All the while our own and various other leaders knew full well what was going on. I don't think Nsec mentioned Obama nor did he mention George Bush who kept our country safe and secure for far longer than Obama has. It is just the roller coaster that politics, world events and economies highs and lows can be. Obama just happens to be in the front car of the ride as Bin Laden was found. So if you are casting some veiled assertion that Nsec slanted his post I think you are off the mark by a long stretch. What Nsec pointed out in his post was that history does not lie and that leadership can in fact cause, condone and fail to respond historically without accountability. As for this country having a long way to go so to does our supposed leadership when our own country and its peoples suffer due to their failures to respond to many varied situations on a national and international economic level. Money spent to keep the citizens of Pakistan funded to the tune of 21b in the last ten years while our own country suffers and sacrifices needs to be changed sooner rather than later. America first and foremost!

NSectionJoe said...

That seems about right. Thank you Mr. Leahy.

I would merely add that the popularity contest that is local and national elections is too often not based on who is best for the job but rather who the media believes to be most of their liking or political slant.

Political accountability, trickery and deceit are the basis for every political campaign. Honesty, dedication, ethics and more do not exist in the political realm since time began.

Just take a trip and walk through the halls in the Statehouse in Trenton if you want to see what is wrong with political leadership now and in our history under every political party. It is little more than a three ring circus of lobbyists and other assorted beggars and thieves all angling for favor and reward at extreme taxpayer expense.

The taxpayer unfortunately is the last people that our politicians really consider in their decision making process, monetary expenditure or too often half-assed decision .

The truth is a terrible thing to those of you who will comment similarly as anonymous did at 10:37 AM today.

I love when NSection Joes uses the word "trickery".

A smack in the face to all Americans is the MONEY we send to Pakistan under the guise of Aid. Pakistan allowed Bin Laden santuary. Therefore, they should have been getting aid from him! Maybe they were double dipping.

I'm writing my Senator and every elected official and state my thoughts for my tax dollars. NO MORE MONEY TO PAKISTAN or any Country that harbors terrorists. There must be consequences to their actions. If we don't stand up and be counted all of this will be forgotten. America will still be sending foreign aid to countries that harbor terrorists. Indirectly, we will be financing our own demise.

Pakistan is a Muslim country with a significant radicalized population and a nuclear capability. Our money buys us vital influence in a country of huge geopolitical importance. Sorry, but that's the way of the world. How do you think we calmed Iraq down? We flat out outbid the enemy and bought their cooperation. Gee, you'd think free marketeers would understand that.

Nsection Joe says: "The truth is a terrible thing to those of you who will comment similarly as anonymous did at 10:37 AM today."

In a forum where the town's code enforcer calls out opinions opposite his own, I'd like to suggest that remaining safely anonymous is a very wise thing to do.

Wally Stephens said...

Why should Joe be anonymous? Did he give up his right to express himself freely because he works for the town? You can be sure he gets pressure for doing so from the Kauff gang. But you keep hiding behind you anonymity with you childish hunting reference. Stated of course without exposing how big a joke you are for not confronting Joe who assuredly cares little for your stupid assertions. Although hunting is the one thing I hear that he enjoys doing, stupid assertions aside that suggest he targets women that really makes no sense at all in a parking lot. Self amusement is the obvious goal for anonymous.

Wally, I do believe you just brown nosed your way to a mow free summer! Let it grow, let it grow. Erect a two story billboard amongst the weeds and rent it out to advertisers. No one here will mind one little bit.

Wally Stephens said...

I forgot to point out one other thing. All but one of the assignation type comments did not address Joe's points and opinions on politics and the fact that America needs to take care of America first. Look at the gas prices for proof. The other trickery titled post also failed to dissuade many that Joe was wrong about that either. Is politics not trickery personified? Just look off NY and see the great number of loaded oil tankers sitting off our shores until Wall St commodity brokers and others spin the wheel and profit off of our financial misery. Joe told me last week that when the price of oil goes above $60 a barrel our countries economy becomes sluggish. Guess what the price of a barrel of oil is today? $131 is the answer. Poo poo that. Joe does not know everything like his anonymous attackers it seems.

Doesn't Joe know employees are not supposed to have opinions in the corrupt Kaufferdeen world.

F Norman Kauff and please someone give Joe M and every other municipal employee in town a subpoena.

Stop the Kauff insanity please.

Pregnant or not, if somebody deserves a ticket, so be it. WHO THE HECK CARES ABOUT A PREGNANT COMMUTER! What does being pregnant have to do with following the rules?

gracias jose grande said...

Parking summonses most often get issued to empty vehicles. The pregnant woman needs to be switched to a blind man or woman as that is just as believable. By the way why don't you anonymous types put your addresses on here so we can see what kind of shit hole you live in. Let no one do the job Joey does and see what happens to any town. Here is a hint for you. Take a look at most of Asbury Park away from the boardwalk.

All is right in Kaufferdeen? said...

I love how people smear those who identify themselves and don't hide their opinions. Aitken, Mc and others are prime examples. But of course they are loons right? All is right in Kaufferdeen. There is no corruption in Aberdeen? Norman Kauff does not control the tow and town council? Norman Kauff does not control and approve any and all developments? Norman Kauff doesn't make money illegally. CME is just a non profit corporation that helps the needy?

Right Mayor?
Right Councilwomen?
Right Councilmen?

Will it be another week without any information on police activity in Aberdeen in our local newspapers. Anyone get arrested yet for robbing my house. Anyone looking for all the jewelry my wife and I lost. That is still the unanswered $5,000,000.00 budget police department question for our illustrious town council to answer. and If we do not see the town of Aberdeen join the police activity section of the paper soon my wife said she will be getting the word out to everyone she knows. Lets see how many votes the sitting party gets from us over here in the beach after my wife puts the word out. Who robbed my house and where is my property. There has to be some answer for us in that $5,000,000.00 question.
