Is it me or is the phone call listing I signed up for was and that supposed to be for emergency notifications only now just for political gain.

I did not sign up for this asshole parading around as our mayor to bother me at my home for votes.

Whether it be a code red or 911 phone system that's supposed to be used for emergency notifications to the public at large or even a town celebration anything and everything a politician or politicians can use to spread their lies or fake concern is fair game. Politicians like our mayor have no problem with doing anything to weave their web of deceit or outright lies to any potential voter. So while I am not surprised that Mayor Tagliarini or any of the other local miscreants falsely parading themselves as our honest, caring and forthright town leaders using the phone system at their whim it's just typical of sleaze politics and politicians. So while the exact opposite of honest and forthright is the truth of our political leadership and that I am not one who has signed up for the 9-11 system I would be just as upset as the previous few posters have expressed distrust and are insulted on here. Such despicable conduct by such a man like Fred Tagliarini does show desperation and how everything is tied to the political deceit that is this towns political structure. The campaigning never ends at any cost that us taxpayers covered not the campaign of democratic lies. For better or worse it is almost over.

The more I read these posts about the Mayor of Aberdeen the more I wish I had gone to the storm meeting. It must have been a hum dinger.
What do I have to do to keep code guy off my block?
The storm meeting was more than a hum dinger so get it straight. Our ass of a mayor was kissing Pallone's ass before the storm meeting for all to see. The mayor along with all the rest of the town council from what we could see were all milling around Pallone ignoring us waiting for the meeting to start. So while we waited for the explanation or excuses on our towns storm response and actions or even the future plans for clean up the politicians were all smiles. Instead we were treated to a typical self serving political show and ass grab for us to see.
When the meeting finally got underway with police representatives and others up on the dais the towns manager started to talk and give excuses. The crowd turned quickly on her and most of us wanted the mayor to address us since we could see him through the door and felt ignored. Reluctantly as was obvious the mayor started to speak and he was not well received from what we heard from him. Then the shouting started and it was well deserved for what came out of his mouth was typical politician dribble.
It was obvious this meting was a farce to placate an angry and questioning community. I myself have urged my neighbors and most everyone I could since to not vote for the present politicians in office. Then there's the tax increase and all the other stuff on here for voters in town really need to consider. Time for the bus. I am sure it will be a long time before Pallone comes to such a meeting as he was gone like a shot when the shouting started. That was the meeting so badly handled by our leadership. Remember to vote my fellow residents.

Looks like another big only at election time press release is about to get jammed down our throats or up our asses just take your pick. I dropped my aunt off at the senior center off of lloyd road and it looks like a big sprucing up is taking shape. A fixing up of course happening now just before the election. We corruption watchers know this is being done right now to get my aunt and other older citizens to think the dems really care about them. What about helping the seniors over here in the beach like my aunt by putting some activities in the first aid building down the block. Not enough votes for that in the beach or do the seniors in strathmore not want to have to go to the other side of town. No corruption in aberdeen my ass.
A humdinger it was a disaster from start to finish with Mayor Tagliarini starting off with something about a civics lesson before people erupted at him. Those of us who sustained real damage left that meeting with one and only one clear thought. That thought was that our politicians don't give a shit about any of us living in any part of the town. They failed to be prepared and still are not prepared really. Neighbors of ours are thinking of suing the town and have asked us to join in. If we weren't trying to sell we would join them. We want out of this town for the way we were and have been treated since that night by what is said to be our elected officials.
Code red or the emergency phone registry is a tool for notifying the public of serious situations. That is what I signed my family up. I did not sign up for any politicians desperate political pleas on the taxpayers dime. I hear such campaigning phone pleas are quite costly and not unlimited.
Those of us who feel that our mayors repeated improper use of the emergency phone system to tell us this time about the towns celebration this weekend and previous non emergency calls should be reported to the prosecutors office. Make sure to tell them it is not the first time the system was used improperly or politically boy Mayor Tagliarini.
You see the voters may not know that our arrogant and egotistical mayor is in an emergency situation from within his own party. That is of course is if the rumors are true. Right Vinci?

Don't feel sorry for your cops in Aberdeen. The lowest average salary for every patrol officer looks to be over 100k. They all get uniform allowances and other perks at taxpayers expense and through union negotiated contracts never for less money even in todays economies. Many departments work a 4x4 schedule that means 4 days on and 4 days off. Court and training is all OT. OT and traffic control jobs or other extra work is at close to $75.00 an hour minimally on average. Medical benefits are a premium or are to ay the least very costly cadillac plans. There are many other extras that boost most police officers pay to a cost far more than reasonable for the past ten years at least. In small communities like yours reasonable is the farthest thing from fair under police force costs. Vacation days are also liberally awarded as well as sick and comp days that have the average patrol officer working less than half of the year. Supervisors or SOA officers like Sgts. and above you can add an average anywhere from 20% to 45%. Nice work in a town like yours if you don't mind not working for it.
It must have been a banner year of political corruption, unethical decisions and back room deals perpetrated to benefit the engineers at CME in Aberdeen New Jersey this year. I gauge this from the number of large political signs all around Aberdeen erected by the beholding firemen.
From the looks of things it looks like the Aberdeen Kauffocrats have a taxpayer, business and developer nest egg treasury of big illegal pay to play violating donations this year. I see all the signs are erected on all of the typical favors done without question of legality sign locations combined with the Vinci ginzos and the houses where Kauff buys the house of votes.
I especially love the sig locations on the parkway and other privately owned properties where permission is required in writing but never gotten by the Kauff gang. What am I saying getting permission to do anything in Aberdeen when it's well known all you have to do is donate to team Kauff or Fred's business corruption bank he put together with his school chums. It's amazing what we business people can find out about you Fred. The flower lady and deli guy you think like you hate your guts. They like you Fred and will smile and give you lip service and curse you when you walk away. Some of your own medicine Fred. Must not be a mirror in your house Fred. Such a disappointment you are Fred.
My next store neighbor and I both have not fallen prey to the various political shakedowns for big bucks demanded to participate in or for Aberdeen day. Don't get us wrong we appreciate business but the way this thing was handled was close to criminal in nature.
We just finished having lunch together where the topic of our conversation was the costs demanded by these crooks and the high pressure tactics of a few selected shall we say fellow business owners. I and maybe I can say we feel this day for the community is an insult t not only us business owners but to all the residents of the town of Aberdeen. From what we can gather from our own interaction with the above entities it is little more than demands not even requests for the expensive fee structure to be involved in part or all of the towns day.
Upon our completion of lunch we both walked away knowing this whole days events and every communication, visit or phone call has been as bad as any real or imagined organized crime strong arming. When I started to ask on two occasions where all this money goes to that remains she told me that is none of your concern. Then another woman who visited my store when asked the same question said monies left over were going to be split between the fire service groups.
As an Aberdeen business owner and town resident my residential taxes show that I already pay for fire services. So I have to ask a question. Why do agencies already funded and to say the least well funded by tax dollars get the largess or supposed profits off Aberdeen day? Is there any publicized accounting or publicized reporting of the true costs of Aberdeen day? Or is such a thing hidden like the numerous posts on here referring to meetings and recordings of town business or officials that are so often a topic or questioned?
I wish those who attend the event a good time but we seriously question the entire solicitation process and value for our money if so given for something that cannot costs or should not cost a great deal of money for the highest taxed town in the county.
It is quite obvious insiders at town hall contribute to this blog. All I can say is thank you very much to any official or employee who contributes facts or observations on what is the obvious political corruption in that building. I would hope and pray that if the much posted law enforcement authorities ever do really bring justice to town hall we could all have an inside look into the real inner workings of town hall. I can't imagine it is all milk and cookies.

Did Gallo's liquor store have a beer tasting and dare to charge money for the beer? Anyone know if it really happened? Gallo's must have had to charge money in order to payoff the towns politicians to change over their liquor license. I hear Gallo's one political favor got eaten up when council votes were cast to not allow a liquor store to open by bed bath and beyond. Our Mayors ignorant misuse and politicking on our tax money is incredulous and insulting to all of us. With all the money stolen and manipulated from developers, home owners and every other source the democrats can think of just to fund their campaign of corruption. The problem with government is governance and that is obvious in America. OMG! Other than those 34, the rest of us barely make a living wage for cleaning up your streets when there's a storm, making sure you can commute to your job when it snows, processing your permits and inspecting your house so your contractor doesn't kill your family with shoddy work, collecting fees for water and sewer so literally your sh*t can be flushed away, and making sure your kids play in parks that are clean and safe.
God forbid any of us make a living wage...
And, by the way, most of those $100,000 plus employees are the cops. But, I guess you'd rather pay them nothing too. Just like they do in Mexico or Jamaica or Thailand. What happens when you pay cops sh*t? You get untrained, unprepared, and corrupt policemen that ask you for bribes when you're pulled over and leave hundreds to die when a disaster strikes.
That's ok for the republicans on here though. You're just like your idiot friends in washington. You'd rather drag us all into the third world so long as your taxes are low and your public servants are just that... servants.

This all sitting council members were officially advised of the shakedown by the town attorney Norman Kauff Esq. but nothing official was done. Property sits undeveloped much like many other failed promises of the corrupt democratic party ruining Aberdeen. And the same Kauff controlled democrats think they deserve to be reelected. When will the election be over so our police force can print the weekly crime report again in the newspaper? It may not be a big deal to most but I find such information a good thing to know.
