I found they were from last year regarding missed sanitation funding possibilities. It seems to have been initially denied by the puppet of a town manager that Bobmarleytypecouncilmancannon defended and the supervisor initially on. Further published minutes I found after typically long delays were minutes that did not produce much more on that subject. That was not surprisingly though to us fans of this site over the years so accustomed to the long interludes of improperly timed or published agendas or minutes here in Corrupterdeen.

At the last council meeting our elected officials it has been said would not comment due to the upcoming meeting on the 27th. We can bet the town council and others had plenty to say in all of the unrecorded, secretive and highly questionable meetings in regards to the Anchor Glass property development application. Meetings held by our officials and others with the property owners, their lawyers and without a doubt our no less questionable lawyers and deeply entrenched town engineers. Meetings we can be certain had nothing to do with what is best for all of the residents, taxpayers and businesses here in Aberdeen.
If you know anything about our corrupt and crooked to the core politicians here in Aberdeen the numerous meetings over the years were not held in accordance with the states sunshine laws, rules of the state processes regarding the open public meetings act much less would any such meetings contents, decisions or priorities have had anything to do with ensuring the best interest of our community was the number one priority for our elected officials in such meetings. I'll bet you a months pay that some of these meetings were even held at the CME headquarters as that meeting place is used questionably been long rumored to host many meetings over the years. Why? Because CME is who really runs Aberdeen's democrat leadership lock, stock and barrel for years.
The people going up against our crooks of the council from Cliffwood have pooled their resources and sought legal guidance in their own defense against highly questionable and very negative over building in their area singularly. While I wish them well they don't have a clue on how the towns processes are supposed to work or how they have actually and corruptly worked in a manner that is directly counter to benefiting us the taxpayers, students and business interests of Aberdeen. In the last two decades not one democrat decision has in fact ever truly benefited us even once without lining the democrats pockets first and foremost. That is the truth that is the Aberdeen democrat leadership for more than 20 plus years unfortunately.
I and the family leave on vacation later today and while the island area is supposed to have wi-fi I am anxious to see the comments that will be on here and FB after the meeting on the 27th. I am certain there will be the usual comments that low income housing quotas are mandated by the state and how our town can't wait and that they need to take advantage of respected builders and companies. Liars and lies is all we who know the democrats are certain will be fostered from the dais in the council chamber from high above towards the Cliffwood Matters people don't matter to any of the democrat leaders whose every action hurts our community and has never truly been a benefit. Some who will read this will say my words are all negative. They are negative as that is the truth of the reality of the Aberdeen democrat leadership as it has only been a self serving and negative to the residents, taxpayers, students and businesses in this once fine and proud community. How come you drive through many communities around us and on the side road areas you'll see signs all over the place like the one I just passed by that says Manalapan Recycles. It reminds people to recycle and it is important to recycle. Imagine that gently reminding residents to recycle in a way they see often as they drive in their own town. That is such a unique thing for a town to do to make a brighter future for our children and save our planet in the process by recycling.
Motorcycles and a van stolen this past week in Aberdeen. The press also says that they were stolen from an apartment complex across town in Clffwood. It seems the Cliffwood area of Aberdeen does in fact matter. It matters It seems to matter a great deal to thieves. The article hints the thieves may have stolen the van to also steal the motorcycles. And they say criminals aren't smart.
Big thank you to the Cliffwood people questioning the D's. I wish you all the best in your search for the truth. Here is a hint though the truth does not exist in or around anything done by the D's inside our town hall. We have twenty years of do nothing democrat lies and deceit to prove it. TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF HEARING AND CHANGED LOCATION OF HEARING TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. a hearing will be held before the Aberdeen Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. The hearing concerns the requested use/density/height variance(s) application of Ruach Chaim Inc. d/b/a Yeshiva Gedolah, in order to permit the applicant to develop the subject property as a private religious educational academy of learning with a synagogue/educational center/cafeteria, a gymnasium/recreational center, dormitories, and a married couple apartment building (for married students and their family) to accommodate this use. The property is designated as Block 198, Lots 11 & 12 as appears on the Aberdeen Township Tax Map, commonly known as 197A Meinzer Street, Aberdeen, New Jersey, with 724 feet of frontage on Meinzer Street. The property is located in a R-100 zoning district on the Aberdeen Township Zoning Map. The application will be presented to the Board in two separate parts (commonly know as a bifurcated application). The applicant is currently proceeding with the use/density/height variance portion of the application, referred to in the Municipal Land Use Law as N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70 "d" variances, with the understanding that if the use/density/height variances are granted, the applicant with then proceed with a separate site plan application together with a request for any bulk variances that may be required in connection therewith. A private educational academy is not a specified permitted use in the R-100 zone, although public schools are a permitted use within that zone.
The applicant proposes an educational academy consisting of four separate structures: (a) a synagogue/educational center/cafeteria, (b) a gymnasium/recreational center, (c ) a 160 bed student dormitory, and (d) a 42 unit married student apartment building. In this request for use/density/height variances the applicant seeks the following relief: (a) a use variance to permit a private religious educational academy of learning with a synagogue/educational center/cafeteria, a recreational facility, student dormitories, and married couple housing in an R-100 zone where same is not permitted; (b) a use variance to have a married couple apartment building where multi-family use is not permitted in an R-100 zone; (c ) a variance to permit a higher density than is permitted in the R-100 zone (a proposed gross tract density of 7.05 dwelling/apartment units per acre for the proposed married couple apartments, with a gross tract density increased to13.76 dwelling units per acre when including the proposed dormitories, where the maximum permitted density in the R-100 zone is 4.36 dwelling units per acre); (d) a height variance for the proposed 41 foot high married student apartment building, which exceeds the maximum building height permitted in the R-100 zone by more than ten (10%) percent.
Applicant reserves the right to amend its application to include any additional variances and/or waivers as may be required by the Aberdeen Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and its professionals in order to proceed with this portion of the bifurcated application. We are also all fully expecting a pre calculated delay tactic to be employed as we've been advised by many people in town that is the typical way the mayor delays actions and wear people down so we don't want to keep going to meetings only to be misinformed and lied to.
I hope they enjoy toying with us this time since we are not going to forget what they have done to us and their are lots of people upset finally. The fact that we had to pool our money for legal advice should show them we are so serious. I'm a Democrat and I didn't believe one word Biden or Obama said last night at the convention. When Obama said that Hillary would finish the job he started I laughed out loud. Trump is not the best candidate but Obama has not done any good for us and Hillary was there for most of the mistakes they themselves deny as if we are better off after the Obama years.
America needs a big change and Hillary is just more of the worst Democrat leadership that has hurt our country in so many ways that many people have yet to realize. Those officers in the Freddy Gray case should have never been charged in the first place. I've been looking every day at the meeting minutes for the town council and found something very interesting. Last year Councilman Cannon told the audience that a house from a fire was going to be removed soon. Then I find that Councilman Cannon told someone inquiring about a house that had a fire that it too would be taken soon. What are the chances it is the same house and a politician is stalking or lying to his electorate? Nah that never happens does it?
From the last ten or so posts obviously the meeting held last night was misinterpreted as to have possibly been involving the liars that are our mayor and town council. No that was not the case in fact the meeting you people went to last night was a different group of democrat zombie liars that screw us taxpayers over politically . Those you sat before last night are the deaf, dumb and blind handpicked for ignorance and utter incompetent democrats who do as they are told, vote as they are told and do so without question. One of them is rumored to have a *Coren* type past but it's only a rumor that cannot be confirmed. You'll be surprised at the *underage* goings on inside town hall that have been rumored or said to have actually happened over the years. It is also amazing at the number of people who know and don't say a word inside that building. One question I ask of anyone who might know. Who is or was this *milkman* character that it is said to have been used to *smooth things out* for the democrats and possible builders or businesses?
The house that had the fire is on Sherwood just down from the Krauzer's store in the beach. We assisted on that fire and the burned out house skeleton is still there. The fire was right after the Sandy storm and that's coming up on four years ago now. I don't recall any other house fire that we rolled on that is still standing so it must be that house. As for Councilman Cannon commenting on the house and like my mother said if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything. So I got nothing to say that is nice so I will say nothing about him or the others.
Even when our dems do nothing they lie about it they are dispicible and that's too kind a word. Their puppets we listened to last night were idiots too.
It is the same house that had the fire in November 2012 that Cannon told people in mid 2015 and again in mid 2016 according to council meeting minutes Cannon said that the house on Sherwood was being taken down. You see Cannon just likes to tell people whatever he needs to say to people to have them just go away. So Cannon just lies to people and as a mater of fact the mayor and council have worked that lying thing into an exacting science. Here are just a few examples to consider that were told by the mayor and council before the latest lie where the mayor told the Cliffwood Matters people that he and the council can do nothing about the Meinzer street property lying when he said that it's all up to the zoning committee.

So from reading all of these submissions councilman Cannon is a lawyer for another town in the county as well as being our local councilman? I didn't like him from the first meeting where he and the mayor did all the talking and denying that they could not help us. I'm also interested on this community center deal from the PBA that has many holes in the present managers explanation of how the building came to be owned by the town. That one needs to get going quick since it's rumored ths managers out before the next election.

Ever notice how the changes in meeting dates, meeting content, actions to be undertaken and voted upon and much more so negative to us residents, students and businesses of iyr community are routinely and in what is obviously a purposefully calculated tactic and only undertaken to circumvent proper advisory procedures much less us in the community being involved and properly informed?
Ever notice how the reporting of the actions taken, attendance, testimony, actions, criticisms, questions asked and one would assume official responses from the powers that be are never produced, released or from what I can tell are consistently very afar from just and true representations of what really occurred seem to be hidden, not easy to find or whose public release takes months despite laws regarding same are routinely violated?
Now think back on what we the taxpayers, residents and businesses are routinely and repeatedly advised of here in this town. We are bothered by the mayors misuse of our public contact information to be invited to movies, car shows, softball games, emergency preparedness nights and other useless events that are directly counter to all of the above.
The actions of our so called political leadership and their puppet appointees and manager are the most important, costly and very damaging results of the political corruption, cronyism, patronage hiring and truly do nothing positive and never publicize anything that is the most important and costly part of governance so well hidden, delayed and carefully crafted and engineered to misinform, hide and worst yet purposefully ignoring of the constituency by our elected officials.
This is truly our Aberdeen under the current leadership in all its corrupted and manipulating forms. Wake up Aberdeen is all I can say. I am heading home and going to bed from my weekend job that I needed to get to just pay my taxes. The described pervert manager did run the town far better than what you've have had in management since he left. That truth with the exception of Stuart Brown whom many of the workers liked and respected. That was not the case for those like Norman Kauff whom Brown cut off from their shall we say pressuring funding sources who overcharged without question for everything they were involved in.
Sure Mark Coren was a sick twisted bastard but you knew that up front when you dealt with him. Officials then and others since he left have made harsh the working environment with the exception of the few in favor or those critically needed to prop up the lie that all is well within the walls of the municipal building.
As for the occasionally mentioned problems with morale amongst workers there today it is far from perfect. The environment is very negative and that means little to management who hide or busy themselves with non work issues behind closed or behind assistant intervening entryways. I no longer have much to do with many who remain there and know it is far from perfect. I will agree wholeheartedly that no job is perfect except I feel there is nothing in the outcome for the people that is truly positive.
My turn to go away again for a bit with the family in the morning. If the mayor and his idiots get arrested while I am out of state please point yourself towards Ocean City Maryland and yell the word "finally".
