It's local election season again and time for another Republican drumming. Should the Republicans choose to win an election rather than just run for the heck of it, here's a place they might try looking.
Aberdeen's Financial Statement to refinance its debt obligations.
- From 2012 to 2016, the municipal tax rate increased 17% (Page A-6)
- From 2012 to 2016, municipal spending increased 20% (Page A-7)
- Municipal debt is $26.9 million, 144% of the annual budget (Page A-9)
- From 2012 to 2016, municipal debt service increased 63% to $2.175 million per year and now accounts for 11.6% of the total budget (Page A-7)
Those numbers will worsen as interest rates increase. Now, you know why the township is so gung-ho on development. The money is already spent.

decisions, votes, and spending of our taxpayer dollars to not have truly
brought community wide beneficial actions by our elected Democrat only

"absolutely not" from simply looking around our town you can see that
the "Oath of Office" sworn to by our Democrat only leadership was
more truthfully an "Oath of Abuse of Office" that betrayed the entire
Aberdeen community.
Many stores in Aberdeen have been closing up operations (despite
an Aberdeen Economic Business Council supposedly formed to help all of the
towns businesses equally). Our neglected beach areas promised to be improved
that campaigns labeled "The Jewel of Aberdeen". More truthfully our
"Jewel" of a beachfront areas have been ignored (despite 2017 campaign
year "promise of a new Water Park). Over 15 years of photo ops and failed
political promises.
More proof of the past two decades of Democrat only “promises”
to bring our town senior housing and "lower taxes through "smart
development" with constant campaign promises that "this next building
development will finally bring a Main Street to Aberdeen". That Main
Street "promise'' of course never happened for decades. The current
building surge no doubt will also be used in Democrat campaign 2017 literature
as "progress" but it will be very costly "progress" under
the equally questionable and manipulated PILOT Program that strips our Schools
of much needed tax monies from such politically controlled and approved
building projects.
In Aberdeen was the "Oath of Office" so often
taken by our leaders been a citizen betraying "Oath of Abuse of Office?
Was the "Oath just empty words for decades with politicized photo-ops and
political lies and tricks to maintain corrupt political control? We in Aberdeen

I just called Las Vegas bookies and asked them what would be the odds that two water park or pool areas would take way too long to build in one town. Just read that a study has been made of the possible new school students possibly coming from the new Aberdeen developments. The number suggested is for 262 elementary grade students increase. 162 alone will be added to the Cliffwood School alone with the others elsewhere in our districts elementary schools.
So since Mayor Tagliarini, Councilwoman Margaret Montone and Councilman Joe Martucci are running for undeserved reelection this year in Aberdeen and they will no doubt be proud of the new developments touting them as progress the truth of their lies are very expensive. The fact that Tagliarini is publicizing that Aberdeen is not having its municipal taxes increased due to these exact same developments being approved and touted as a benefit to our community.
I and you if encountered should ask the candidates or other politicians these simple questions.
Question 1. 262 new students will fit in where in the already overcrowded classrooms?
Question 2. Was a new student study done regarding the possible increase in student enrollment?
Question 3. Did the Aberdeen leaders look at the increased enrollment studies or not?
Question 4. Why did they as community leaders approve such developments that allowed school age children?
Question 5. What did the Aberdeen leadership do with the PILOT Program monies that did not go to educate 262 children?
Just so you know my fellow Aberdeener's the per student cost to educate one student in our school district is $28,000.00 each.
If you do the math 262 students from the Aberdeen developments X $28,000.00 = $7,336,000.00
That is our taxpayers plight due to the highly questionable Aberdeen development approvals AKA political PILOT thievery.

1. ORDINANCE NO. 10- 2017
(Ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Township Land Development Ordinance
to create an “R 65 Single Family Residential Zone District .” The zoning map of the Township is also proposed to be amended to establish the boundaries of the proposed “R 65 Residential Zone District.” The new “R65” zone regulations generally require a minimum lot area of 6,500 sq. ft. with minimum lot frontage and lot width of 65 ft. and lot depth of 100 ft., amongst other regulations. Principal permitted uses include detached dwelling units, public playgrounds,conservation areas, parks and other public purpose uses, public schools of elementary and/or high school grade and churches. The new area is generally located north of Cliffwood Avenue and bounded by Locust Street and in the general are of Van Cleaf Lane and Meinzer Street.
Note that this Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading by the Township Council at a meeting held July 20, 2017, and is being sent to the Planning Board for comments and/or recommendations).
*Note: The regular meeting of the Planning Board scheduled for Wednesday,
August 16 is camcelled.

Looks like crooked developer money talks and politicians jump once again in Aberdeen when one looks at the next meeting of the town council and their planning board. And I don't mean their planning board as a positive for the residential or business community, since the planning board like the zoning board and town manager are only the mayor and council puppets to only do and vote as they're told. No different than the mayor and council off of the needs and wishes of CME. And don't get me started on the Lenchstien attorney group of fools that once told us at a meeting that he was going to call in the cops to monitor the meeting because we dared to ask questions and speak our minds. I still remember the mayors face and quick attempt to put the Lechstien mess to bed as he was obviously embarsssed by the call in the police statement.
Now the group from Lakewood that is building the monstrosity on the old factory site and who also own Strathmore Garden and Ken Gardens apartments in town, and who have plenty of money to grease our less than honorable politicians, will be getting all they want from mayor Tagliarini and the thieves he surrounds himself call the town council of Aberdeen.
Now our dishonorable mayor and council want an entire area of the Cliffwood School area totally changed to allow major developmental and zoning and planning changes to allow development of the area opposed very loudly by the area residents under the banner of Cliffwood Matters, Cliffwood Proud and Cliffwood and Cliffwood Beach and their website groups that have the mayor and council in their sights finally and scared to finally be called out for ignoring and abusing the Cliffwood and Cliffwood Beach areas of Aberdeen for decades. Although our mayor and council have been trying to endear themselves to those same areas by spending over two million dollars on a waterpark that is said to be being built in an area that very often floods and has been neglected and historically vandalized.
This is just our political leaderships most recent disasterous decisions. By the way the waterpark seems will be completed just in time for our kids to go back to school after delays due to possible vandalism and a fire recently destroying materials needed for the waterpark construction.
This towns Ju-Ju is bad and our mayor and council know it and don't care just like the obvious fact they don't care about us and our town as they truly only care about taking care of themselves on our money.

The she says three weeks have passed and nothing's been done by Cannon yet. Then she asks what happened to enforcement I thought that very funny don't you. Maybe she needs to talk to the lady from Sherwood that Cannon told he'd take care of the burned out hulk of a giant white house that burned during Sandy. That hulking mess stayed up another year at least after Cannon said he'd take care of that for her. Maybe these ladies talked to Cannon without hearing him after he was toking up on those little cigarettes he likes so much. Unless of course he's a pipe man? Which leaves the question asked by a former resident “ I have been out of Aberdeen for many years but the last Code Enforcement Officer was Joe McAleer....did he retire?”. The 2017 township calendar has 2 code enforcement people listed so what’s the deal, did he retire?
Now, have we ever seen all this publicity for other NEW Personnel hired by the township/manager?
Answer: NO, never have any of these people listed below been announced publicly. So, why now
Now remember back to the last campaign in 2013 for Mayor and 2 council seats when the mayor was spouting how Aberdeen had only 84 employees claiming us to have a lean government as compared to a few other local towns of same size and population. Guess he forgot what he was trying to make us believe because now according to Asbury Park Press Data Universe Aberdeen’s total employees is 98 for end of year 2016.

I've been watching the outcry about Meinzer street and just read that the possibilities for 6 or 7 house on buildable lots could be built on the property. Now the mayor might now change that to 11 or 12 houses. That's strange since a developer wanted to build on the Lloyd road farm property and couldn't get additional houses easily due to a gully area under some fakakta DEP rules. Looks like a gully on this Meinzer property all of a sudden or conveniently isn't a problem. I guess they made the right political donation or hired somebodies relative.

From the pictures I see the the National Night Out was once again not a stellar event. From the pictures it appears that less than 50 members of the public were in attendance. The other part of it was our police staff and the massive amounts of our police, fire and other emergency response equipment that were viewable. What do these events so poorly attended cost us? Is it worth it just to allow political grandstanding and sucking up for votes by our useless self serving democrat politicians adding to our 26.9 million dollars debt? So back to Meinzer street and as per the prior post about the farm property in Strathmore located by the parkway that was denied development and building approvals due to what is referred to as Top of Bank restrictions. Simplified it means that there are restrictions on how close buildings can get to ravines, gullies and water sources near housing developments and any other types of building possibilities.
So when our asshole mayor says the change in zoning for Meinzer street is to make the property more attractive to a possible developer, whom might buy the property on the supposed and probable mayoral lie that the Yeshiva project application has been taken off of the table. That is another lie by our liar of a mayor since that project application can be brought back to application again at any time.
This entire Meinzer mess and its great publicity that we can be certain our politicians hate actually shows how much in lock step our corrupt mayor and council are with these hurtful development applications, bribe paying developers and the hurtful PILOT program. that will force significant increases n our already exorbitant school taxes just from the possible 265 students. Students with a per pupil cost of $28,800.00 each totaling over $7,000,000.00 in additional school taxes not to come from the developers who gave money up front under PILOT to our political idiots who have put Aberdeen in debt to the total of $26,900,000.00 that has been kept secret until this subject brought forward by a former resident Mr. Joe Warren. We owe him a great debt for exposing that monstrous debt on here amongst other crimes by our politicians.
The changing of the zoning by our idiots is only to allow more houses to maximize profit for the owner. The owner of course who has already paid up really big to our local democrat crooks and their overseers at CME long before the application was publicized. It actually goes back to and is directly tied to the factory overbuild up the street by the parkway. You see that is how Aberdeen or as is also known as Corrupterdeen works going back to the tag team of developer shakedowns being Mark "I like young boys" Coren and Norman "shakedown under the lights" Kauff.

Yes Joe McAleer is a fat guy who probable author Cannon and the others all know did a thankless job. Knowing those involved they started out laughing about him being gone and are now very worried about his abilities to fight them, defend himself further or the publicity possibly coming their way soon or eventually. That was a job I would not want to do I assure you especially under the mutts in town hall. I would say those who stacked things against him would similarly not want to to do that job either. He did his job but he was a "wind" against the towns supervisors, manager and your politicians who are guilty of everything posted and more not known except by a few of us on here for years. His replacement has women problems for sure.
Sargent Frank S. proudly served Aberdeen for 29 years and his departure was a shame and politically arranged by the powers that be. Frank like 2 other of his family members all served our job as professional police officers in this politically inept town for a total of almost 80 years combined. Frank who was wrongly forced out by those far more guilty of far worse who fail you still. Frank's "forced" retirement was a true crime while the "Powers" and "The Sloth" who have ignored their own failures and total lack of leadership has our morale in the basement for years.
As for Hank sure he drinks although he's just not a Mayor or Councilman that are "hands off" for their known drinking and driving. The upper echelon of leadership who operate in a deaf, dumb and blind leadership style unless it suits them or their political friends, some with bottles in their desks in the past or presently or who've looked the other way or should have interceded earlier with Hank and others.
Mama's Boy is a situation I only heard his political hiring was not welcomed by Holly and Brady and they both schemed to in fact force him out by alienating him and denying his training. The term used was "don't help him or remind him of the test". That I think amongst other items of revenge motivated leadership will possibly come out with Mcaleer as he will be a highly justified thorn in the leaderships side for many years to come.
Brady among others "protected" was in fact a failure on many levels and the leadership covered for him like others who knew the "secrets" of failure, sleeping habits, drunk on the job, drunk driving in town vehicles, sleeping on the job in town vehicles and more overlooked "officially" for years or protected due to their last name or friend connections occurs routinely inside town hall and for years. It is simple if you keep the secrets of disservice to the community then they take care of you. Speak out against those like Brady and the others and you're gone or worse.
As for the deserved what they got term that is the writers defense for his or her failures of leadership that is likewise kept "secret" except within their own flawed psyche. My wife tells me theres a bunch of signs on telephone poles in Cliffwood and people living there want to know if they are in other parts of town as well. Call 7325834200 and ask for the property maintenance complaint extension and ask if they are allowed. We moved in from Staten Island last year and signs there used to be allowed for a certain time frame. I think they make the town look bad except maybe they're allowed for local businesses. Reading about the new enforcement officer they hired who I read has been on the towns payroll for six months now. It leads me to ask why those inside town hall that read this site haven't told him of my complaints about the graffiti on the former Kicky's restaurant just across from my center.
